We love our renters and take very seriously our role as a responsible vacation rental management company. We wanted to share with you the precautions we are taking in response to the coronavirus.
Our thoughts are with all who have been impacted by the coronavirus. While we take pride in our practices to maintain a clean and sanitary environment, at present, we have implemented additional measures that reflect the recommended standards of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in response to the coronavirus.
In our rentals, all homes are being cleaned with an approved disinfectant between reservations, especially on frequently touched surfaces before your check-in. We are actively communicating with our cleaners about the role each of us can play to help prevent the spread of any germs. We have installed hand sanitizer dispensers at front doors, placed informational packets inside the homes, provided cleaning supplies and soaps for you to use during your stay, and made complimentary kits to help you stay healthy and safe during your visit to Lake Tahoe.
Due to the additional time needed to clean between reservations, we are not allowing early check-ins and late check-outs at this time. We also ask that you open windows when checking-in to the property and ensuring they are closed before your departure.

This Lakefront South Lake Tahoe rental is located in the sunny gated Pinewild Community nestled in the pine trees near the crystal clear waters of Zephyr Cove, Nevada. This 1700 sq.ft Tahoe town home rental sleeps 6 people comfortably and we allow 8 in the property.
There is no pull out couch sleeping bed so you would have to sleep on the couch or plan on bringing a blow up mattress. We have a mattress but would need plenty of notice to reserve this for you to use while staying at this wonderful Lakefront property.
Amenities include: Private beach and swim area, community tennis courts, flat screen TV, cable television, 2 decks for BBQs, and internet (internet service is a free benefit to our guests. There will be no refund due to internet outages or inability to connect.). The living room boasts a lovely gas burning fireplace. The master suite is located downstairs and holds a second fireplace for relaxing evenings.
One of the best amenities of our Tahoe rental is the ability to step out your front door onto the community’s private beach and lake. The town home is in close proximity to grocery stores, the famous Edgewood 18-hole golf course, Heavenly Mountain Resort and the 5 separate Stateline Casinos.

Please note, this unit is located in a condo association, so please abide by the rules and be a good neighbor. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. – 7 a.m. There is one assigned parking space for the rental unit. Guest spaces are limited, on a first-come, first-served basis if available.
