We love our renters and take very seriously our role as a responsible vacation rental management company. We wanted to share with you the precautions we are taking in response to the coronavirus.
Our thoughts are with all who have been impacted by the coronavirus. While we take pride in our practices to maintain a clean and sanitary environment, at present, we have implemented additional measures that reflect the recommended standards of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in response to the coronavirus.
In our rentals, all homes are being cleaned with an approved disinfectant between reservations, especially on frequently touched surfaces before your check-in. We are actively communicating with our cleaners about the role each of us can play to help prevent the spread of any germs. We have installed hand sanitizer dispensers at front doors, placed informational packets inside the homes, provided cleaning supplies and soaps for you to use during your stay, and made complimentary kits to help you stay healthy and safe during your visit to Lake Tahoe.
Due to the additional time needed to clean between reservations, we are not allowing early check-ins and late check-outs at this time. We also ask that you open windows when checking-in to the property and ensuring they are closed before your departure.
This is a wonderful 3.5 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome located in a gated community named, Pinewild Home Owners Association. The home is located on the beautiful meadow at Pinewild and has great views of the meadow from the two back decks. Located within a minutes’ walk to the private beach on Lake Tahoe. A wonderful townhome perfect for your next vacation. Situated in a gated community featuring a private beach/swim area and community tennis courts. The home is located in close proximity to grocery stores, Edgewood Golf Course, Heavenly Mountain Resort, and casinos. Enjoy the comfort of your home away from home in this three and a half-bedroom, three-bathroom condo. Lounge on the large decks overlooking a beautiful meadow while you BBQ your dinner. Cozy up to one of the two fireplaces and settle in after a day out. The master suite is located downstairs and holds the second fireplace for relaxing evenings. Wi-Fi internet included (there will be no refund due to internet outages or inability to connect).

1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Twin, 2 bunk beds in separate rooms. The downstairs bedroom has 1 Twin and bunk beds that are full size. The half bedroom upstairs has bunk beds that are twin sized.
Bedrooms: 3.5 bedrooms. (The half bedroom is connected to the 3rd bedroom. You have to walk through the 3rd bedroom to get to the additional half bedroom. The half bedroom does have its own door that closes.

Please note, this unit is in a condo association, so please abide by the rules and be a good neighbor. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. – 7 a.m. There is one assigned parking space for the rental unit. One guaranteed parking space and one guest parking space. Two vehicles MAX permitted. Guest spaces are limited, on a first-come, first-served basis, if available. Renters must check in with the HOA office to obtain a valid parking pass. Your designated 24-hour local contact person for any rental issues is Brandon (530) 545-8102.
