We love our renters and take very seriously our role as a responsible vacation rental management company. We wanted to share with you the precautions we are taking in response to the coronavirus.
Our thoughts are with all who have been impacted by the coronavirus. While we take pride in our practices to maintain a clean and sanitary environment, at present, we have implemented additional measures that reflect the recommended standards of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in response to the coronavirus.
In our rentals, all homes are being cleaned with an approved disinfectant between reservations, especially on frequently touched surfaces before your check-in. We are actively communicating with our cleaners about the role each of us can play to help prevent the spread of any germs. We have installed hand sanitizer dispensers at front doors, placed informational packets inside the homes, provided cleaning supplies and soaps for you to use during your stay, and made complimentary kits to help you stay healthy and safe during your visit to Lake Tahoe.
Due to the additional time needed to clean between reservations, we are not allowing early check-ins and late check-outs at this time. We also ask that you open windows when checking-in to the property and ensuring they are closed before your departure.
This is a beautiful custom-built home with Lake Tahoe views and a private hot tub in the fenced in large back yard. Only a 3-minute walk to the large community beach of Marla Bay of Lake Tahoe.

There is a keyless entry door pad that we will provide you with the code prior to check in.
Disclosure: Water levels fluctuates throughout the year and varies each year based on winter snow fall. Photos of the beach were taken in 2017 when there was a lower water level allowing for more beach access. Please be mindful that there may be less beach during your stay.
