Wonderful Townhouse located in the Lake Village Resort and Home Owners Association. We hope you will enjoy this property any-time of year, with all of the convenience of Lake Tahoe outdoor activities. The entrance is welcoming with only 4 steps from your parking spot to the door, and inside are two levels to comfortably accommodate 6 – 8 people.
Sleeps 6 people in beds and room for 2 more on couches. The kitchen, family room, dining room and living room are all open to each other which creates a great space for conversing with family and friends. There is a deck with BBQ gas grill located directly off the living room and has seating for 4 and a filtered lake view through the woods. The deck view facing the lake is unobstructed by development. The newly refurbished kitchen is a cook’s delight with granite counters, easy to use appliances, bright lighting and open space. The dining area offers seating for 6 people, and kitchen bar seating for 4 people. The sitting area provides a relaxing environment to enjoy a book or engage in conversations or games. The living room has nice comfortable furnishings, a wood burning fireplace, 40′ flat screen TV/DVD/Hi-Fi, and many windows with views.
Sleeping arrangements and bedrooms are downstairs. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed with master bathroom and a Flat screen TV/DVD. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a flat screen TV/DVD and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. There is a full size shared bathroom for these two rooms.
You have access to the clubhouse with a pool table, ping pong table, summer swimming pool and tennis courts. There is a hot tub that is open all year and 2 saunas for use as well.

QUIET TIME: Hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Please do not disrupt the peace and quiet of residents and other visitors during quiet time hours.
PARKING: Limit two (2) vehicles per unit for outside overnight parking. Please check in at the Clubhouse to get a Parking Permit. You can park only in your designated parking space and one guest space (unmarked). Additional vehicles can park at the Public Parking Garage located at 175 Hwy. 50, Stateline, NV for up to 72 hours with no charge. If you arrive after we close at 10:00 pm, please check in at the Clubhouse when we open at 8:30 am.
RECREATION PASS: Available at the Clubhouse when checking in. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult to use the recreation areas.
